Creates an exceptional shopping experience by demonstrating specialty product knowledge, assessing customers' needs by actively listening, and providing solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school or the equivalent.
- Retail experience.
- Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- FOID Card of Illinois
- 21 years of age or older.
