Summary
The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC) which serves as the Army's technology leader for armament systems. DEVCOM AC ensures dominance of Army capabilities by researching, developing, integrating and delivering technology-enabled armament solutions to our Warfighters. Armaments Center has a long tradition as the primary research and development center for new and existing armament systems which are in use by U.S. service members around the world.
Duties
Prepares and presents oral and written reports on program status, critical issues, and needs.Tracks progress and quality of organizational performance and justifies significant changes in staffing, equipment/facilities, and processesManages and controls a complex portion of Product Quality Management and System Assurance programs.Ensure continuing application of, and compliance with, applicable laws, regulations and policies governing prohibited personnel practices; promptly address allegations of prohibited discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Leadership Oral Communication Program Management Quality Management Written Communication This position is part of the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC) Demo Project. DEVCOM AC is participating in an alternative personnel system known as the Personnel Management Demo Project. The DE-04 pay band is equivalent to the GS-14 steps 1-10 levels.
