Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate employees based on established performance standards.
- Ensure timely submission of personnel actions.
- Prepare work schedules to meet ratio and group size requirements.
- Monitor and analyze adult/participant ratio sheets to ensure proper staffing.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher that included or was supplemented by major study (at least 24 semester hours) in fields appropriate to the position.
- Experience supervising or leading caregivers within child/youth facility-based programs.
- Experience managing a classroom setting within child and youth programs.
- Experience implementing and overseeing a structured child and youth program curriculum.
