Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Surface Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work activities of subordinate personnel. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Develop plans for meeting long-range resource requirements by reviewing immediate and long-range requirements of organizational segments and groups supervised.
- Work Direction: Assign and explain work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors, set deadlines, and establish the sequence of work operations to be followed.
- Administration: Develop and establish internal procedures to assure effective control and direction of work activities, organizations, and personnel supervised.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all aspects of quality control are met, including compliance with established materials shelf life programs and Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have at least 36 months of experience in diagnosing, repairing, overhauling, and modifying complex vehicles, equipment, and systems. You should also have experience applying independent judgment in determining methods and techniques required to solve unusually complex maintenance and repair problems.
