This position is located in the Joint Forces Headquarters-State, Logistics Directorate (J-4), Surface Maintenance Facility. The purpose of this position is to perform limited diagnosis, routine repairs, and maintenance on combat, tactical, commercial, and special purpose vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities include working with self-propelled transportation and other mobile equipment, excluding aircraft.
Requirements
- General Experience Requirements: 1 year experience or training demonstrating knowledge of equipment and ability to use common tools and equipment.
- Specialized Experience Requirements: 1 year experience using hand and power tools, making mechanical repairs, replacing parts, components, and accessories, and understanding mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic theory.
