Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Group Fitness Instructor to teach in-studio classes (Circuit / Barbell Strength/HIIT/Cardio).
Overview:
- Create effective, engaging, and motivating group fitness class formats.
- Utilize fun and appropriate playlists.
- Build class attendance and can offer alternative movements to accommodate all fitness levels.
- Ability to provide classes both in person and virtually.
Requirements:
- Current nationally recognized Group Fitness Certification or specialty class certificate, specialty class license (AFAA, ACE, etc.).
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Previous experience in Group Fitness instruction, Personal Training, corporate health, and wellness, etc. preferred.
- Knowledge of the fitness industry and the customer skills to network, engage, and interact with all clients, guests, and participants.
- Must communicate professionally using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain and relay information to and from clients/guests.
- Be able to effectively engage participants as a public speaker.
- Current fitness professional liability insurance.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to assist in covering other group fitness formats
Additional Information:
Classes are 50 minutes.
- AM Class times: 5:30AM, 8:30AM, 9:00AM, 10:30AM, 11:00AM
- PM Class times: 5:30PM, 6:00PM, 6:30PM, 7:00PM
Compensation Ranges: *Subject to change*
- Express Class: $25
- Standard 50 min Class: $45 *requires group fitness or personal training certification
- Specialty 50 min Class: $55 *requires specialty certification
