What You’ll Do:
Own the Business – Drive store performance, exceed sales goals, and create an environment where customers keep coming back.
Lead a Winning Team – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing crew of technicians and sales professionals.
Build Customer Relationships – Establish trust, deliver top-tier service, and turn first-time visitors into lifelong clients.
Direct Workflow in the Service Department – Manage technicians, oversee repair jobs, and quality-check completed work.
Manage Store Operations – Keep everything running smoothly, from inventory and vendor relations to facility upkeep and paperwork.
Maximize Profitability – Audit ROs, ensure repairs are done right, and close tickets quickly to keep revenue flowing.
Be a Sales & Service Champion – Meet and exceed key performance targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
What You Need to Succeed:
✔️ 3-5 years of automotive retail sales and/or management experience (tire & service industry preferred)
✔️ Proven leadership skills – You know how to inspire, coach, and build a winning team.
✔️ Exceptional communication & problem-solving abilities – You’re quick on your feet and can handle any challenge.
✔️ Strong business acumen – You understand store operations, sales, and customer retention.
✔️ Availability to work retail hours – Including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
✔️ A valid driver’s license – Because we need leaders who can jump in when needed.
