As a Service Writer you will have the following responsibilities:

• Accurately open all repair tickets in a timely manner.
• Estimate warranty repair orders.
• Review work orders with service manager prior to closing.
• Responsible for accurately documenting and closing out all work tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist service manager and assistant service manager as needed.
• Work harmoniously with the other dealership departments.
• Maintain filing and storage system for warranty parts so any warranty necessary for return is on hand.
• Promote all Arnold Companies’ special programs, such as sales of service packages, demonstration programs, etc.
• Know and understand all department policies and procedures.
• Review and be familiar with employee policy handbook.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Rate of Pay is dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
