As the legal secretary, your principal goal is to support one attorney by performing work including various estate planning, probate and business document preparation, using bookkeeping software, researching case information, scheduling meetings, assisting with light litigation, and filing legal documents. Responsibilities :Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a law office
- Strong typing skills
- Previous experience with Law Office Word Processing
- Previous experience with QuickBooks or Clio or similar software
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office & 365
- Familiarity with probate procedures is helpful
- Ability to work well with clients
- Ability to multitask and do quality work in a timely manner
- May be a Part-Time or Full-Time Position
- Compensation depends on experience and skills
- Range stated assumes full time
- Monthly, bimonthly or every two weeks as desired
