Field Service Dispatcher – Construction Equipment
Signing Bonus: $2,000

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for field service inquiries and schedule jobs accordingly.

Prioritize and dispatch technicians based on urgency and customer needs.

Act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless experience.

Manage job documentation: write up, track, and assist in closing service tickets.

Verify warranty eligibility and communicate status to customers prior to service.

Coordinate with the Service Manager to align daily schedules, parts availability, and job priorities.

Monitor job progress and labor hours to meet estimated timelines.

Ensure proper authorization and documentation are secured before work begins.

Process technician timecards and maintain accurate service records.

Communicate parts requirements and assist with service agreement management.
What We’re Looking For

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day.

Must be comfortable communicating in-person and via phone or radio.

Ability to work in an office and occasionally in field or shop environments.
Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in dispatching or service coordination is highly preferred.

Relevant work experience may substitute for education requirements.
