Position: Outside Sales (Construction Equipment)
Signing Bonus: $2000
Position Overview:
- Focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for an assigned customer base.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profits.
- Develop and maintain a customer database.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
- Ensure timely invoicing and receipt of funds.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new business.
Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver “Silver Service” to customers.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies.
- Contact and follow up with customers.
- Develop and update a customer database.
- Maintain a machine ownership list.
- Provide financial counseling/marketing as needed.
- Manage expenses related to sales transactions.
Non-Essential Job Functions:
- Assist Sales Manager with various tasks.
- Perform data entry and office duties.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Sit for extended periods, move about on uneven terrain.
- Communicate via phone and in person.
- Perform physical activities such as bending, climbing, and walking.
- Handle equipment as required.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.
