Fleet Warranty - $2000 Signing Bonus

Position Overview: Arnold Machinery is seeking a Fleet Warranty to oversee warranty processes for our service department. This role involves managing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting parts and service operations to enhance labor and parts sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit warranty claims to factories and distributors according to guidelines.
• Verify claim criteria, correct errors, and follow up on unpaid claims.
• Act as the liaison between customers and the dealership.
• Ensure accurate warranty determination and communicate status to customers.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure repairs are completed within estimated labor hours.
• Assist with parts returns, ordering, inventory, and restocking.
• Support the Sales department with necessary paperwork.
• Ensure proper documentation for repair orders and job closures.
• Use excellent computer skills to maintain accurate records and resolve warranty issues.
• Post credits to work orders.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and good mathematical skills.
• Experience with Reflection Program is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit for long periods, answer phones, and communicate effectively.
• Frequent walking and bending, as well as standing for certain tasks.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute for education).
