Pay Rate : $50-$55 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
- Assess residents and develop individualized treatment goals and physical therapy plans.
- Implement therapeutic techniques to improve gait, muscle strength, mobility, posture, and balance.
- Design and fit adaptive devices such as orthotics and prosthetics, and train residents on their proper use.
- Choose physical modalities based on individual needs, physical capacity, and diagnosis.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure tailored care for each resident.
- Provide instruction and guidance to residents, monitor their progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in resident care meetings and contribute to care planning.
- Supervise and train supportive staff, ensuring compliance with state and professional standards.
- Conduct in-service training programs on physical therapy techniques for medical and nursing personnel.
- Manage the ordering of therapy supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-maintained and functional.
