Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and implementing recreation programs.
- Observe and document resident participation, mood, and behavior.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and participate in community planning.
- Conduct resident interviews to tailor recreation programs to individual needs.
- Encourage resident and family participation in planning activities.
- Oversee residents in scheduled programs such as games, crafts, and social events.
- Supervise and assist with outings, field trips, and community walks.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.
- Transport residents within the facility for activities.
