We're looking for an organized and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team at Arnoldi's Cafe This hybrid role combines front-of-house customer service with essential back-end operations support, offering a diverse and exciting workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the restaurant, greeting and assisting guests with exceptional customer service as our Maitr'd.
- Coordinate and oversee seating arrangements, ensuring smooth guest flow and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with back-office tasks such as inventory management, staff scheduling, and restaurant operations.
- Support the owner/manager with various administrative tasks, including reporting, vendor communications, and order tracking.
- Help ensure day-to-day restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently.
