Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement Support: Assist in developing and executing strategies to grow and engage our community.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, emails, and correspondence with vendors, sponsors, and community members.
- Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, fundraising coordination, and expense management.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Communicate with schools, sponsors, and collaborators to strengthen relationships.
- Operational Improvements: Identify and implement tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- Data Management: Maintain records, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Program Support: Assist in planning and executing events, initiatives, and campaigns.

- Experience: 2 years in operations, administration, or a related role.
