What you will be responsible for:
The Production Planner will plan, schedule, implement, and monitor production activities, ensuring product specifications and schedules are met. Assists with setting and overseeing work assignments, schedules, and work quality of the manufacturing team.
What you’ll do:
Assists with setting and overseeing work assignments, schedules, and work quality of the manufacturing team.
Develops standard and special production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to identify, support, and prioritize requirements for materials and staff.
Revises production schedules to address issues such as labor or material shortages, backlogs, or design changes.
Distributes production schedules, shop drawings packages and work orders to departments.
Works with a cross functional team to guarantee materials and supplies are on hand to support the smooth flow of production orders.
Assists in managing product changes and deviations through the production system. Serves on the NetSuite Implementation Team as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of the manufacturing process.
Residential construction experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira or related software.
Experience with ERP systems (ex: Netsuite, SAP, BANN, JDE) is a plus.

Compensation Range: $30.00 - $35.00
