A care provider based in Brooklyn are looking to hire an experience Billing/Receivables Specialist on a permanent basis. The opportunity has arisen as a result of impressive growth and is a newly created position.
The business operate across NY providing a range of care services. For the past two years they have experienced over 10% year on year growth and they have a passion for delivering excellence when it comes to patient care. The culture within the organization is described as being collaborative, team focused with a supportive leadership team.
The responsibilities of the Billing Specialist will be to own the coding and billing processes for their client allocations. The Billing specialist will also be responsible for account reconciliation, partnering with insurance companies and completing analysis and reporting relating to receivables.
The compensation package includes; Base salary between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, healthcare contributions including medical, dental and vision for individual, spouse or family cover, 401K plan and 3 weeks total PTO plus federal.
To be considered applicants must have experience of working within the care industry. Ideally experience will lie within home care however hospital, hospice and other care facility experience will be considered. Experience with HHA Exchange is highly desirable. Applicants will be expected to have at least 3 years experience within a billing or receivables position.
