Are you an experienced Human Resources Manager with a passion for delivering value through HR and driving engagement? We are partnering an owner managed organization in Fort Lauderdale who are looking for an established HR Manager with exposure to small-medium sized, owner managed environments.
The position has become available as a result of business growth and the development of further revenue lines which will have a direct impact on employee headcount. Operating across retail, wholesale, distribution and E-commerce the business have a diverse workforce and will be looking for the HR Manager to have exposure to blue and white collar environments.
Culturally, the business is described as collaborative, people centric and forward thinking which has been created by a supportive leadership team. The ownership have a passion for personal development which drips through the organization at all levels.
Responsibilities of the HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources from talent acquisition, onboarding and compliance through to reward, compensation and employee relations. This is a true, hands on 360 degree HR position.
The salary on offer is between $115,000 and $125,000 per annum dependant upon experience. Other benefits include; healthcare (medical, dental and vison), 401K match scheme, annual profit share and summer time Fridays (offices close at 2pm on Fridays between May and end of September). This is a site based requirement at the companies HQ in Fort Lauderdale.
