Job Duties
Assist with development and review of jobs descriptions and career advertisements (print, internet, etc.)
Responsible for pre-screening resumes, passing on qualified applicants to schools
Maintain a weekly open positions list and distributes to schools
Refresh daily all postings on Teachers Teachers website
Assist in the organization and representation of the CSA during job-fairs, building and maintaining relationships with college and university representatives
Assist HR in the daily operation and administration of the department
Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws concerning recruitment and hiring
Must have a passion for sourcing, recruiting and selecting the best
Outstanding written, verbal and public presentation skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft XP (word and Excel) and previous HRIS experience
Must have knowledge of United States employment law
