Assist HR Manager with Recruitment, Human Resource duties and provide administrative support to all employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 2 years of HR Coordinator / Recruiting experience, excellent written and verbal skills, meticulous attention to detail, experience with Microsoft Office
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTONS:
· Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
· Update Job Descriptions
· Source potential candidates from various online channels
· Contact applicant references and perform background checks required by company
· Explain and provide information on employee benefits
· Maintain employee records and paperwork
· Administer new employee on-boarding
· Conducts separation process for the assigned region (terminations and resignations)
· Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned
