Senior Human Resources Manager - Brooklyn - Up to $120,000 per annum plus benefits - Onsite
Are you a passionate HR leader who has proven experience of enhancing process and data through the use of HR systems? Do you have full cycle HR experience and a passion for being the face of HR across the business?
Our client are a privately owned healthcare organization who operate across NY. Due to expansion, they are looking for an experienced HR professional to join the business on a permanent basis. The role will be based onsite at the companies HQ in Brooklyn.
The duties of the Senior Human Resources Manager will be to oversee all elements of operational and strategic HR whilst also taking a lead on driving innovation through systems and data. Key responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Implementation of systems and data including upgrading current systems
- Leading a team of 4
- Employee relations and engagement
- Workers compensations
- Talent acquisition and management
- Learning and development
- HR policy creation and management
To be considered, applicants will:
- Have a passion and enthusiasm to use technology and systems to deliver efficiency
- Ideally have experience of implementing, upgrading or utilizing a HR system, although this isn't essential
- Have full cycle HR exprience
- Have at least 5 years relevant HR experience
- Have a hands on approach and be willing to partner individuals across the business on a daily basis
- Be willing to work onsite in Brooklyn 5 days per week
- Ideally have experience within a healthcare organization
The Senior HR Manager will report directly into the CEO and COO and will act as the key business partner for HR across the organization.
With a budget in place to enhance technology and drive data usage across the organization, this position comes with the opportunity to drive change and add value.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
