What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Technician position at Aro Talent?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Conduct inspections for Receiving, In-Process, and Finished products as necessary.
- Engage in Continuous Improvement and Troubleshooting Teams to innovate process enhancements.
- Execute basic part layout inspections according to part drawings, utilizing inspection tools such as Calipers, Micrometers, Wizard, Height Gauge, etc.
- Input quality data into computer systems and fulfill paperwork requirements.
- Adhere to instructions and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
Schedule : We are seeking 2nd or 3rd shift candidates at this time
1st shift : 6AM to 2 : 30PM Monday to Friday
2nd shift : 2PM to 10 : 30PM Monday to Friday, while assigned to second shift, eligible for $1.00 / hour shift premium.
3rd shift : 10PM to 6 : 30AM Sunday overnight to Thursday overnight. If ever assigned to third shift, eligible for $1.50 / hour shift premium.
