People are at the core of what we do, so we're excited to be expanding our people & culture (P&C) team. Based in San Diego, this will be our first US based role, working with the incredible team located in our head office in New Zealand.
You'll play a critical role in supporting our US teams, ensuring they have the resources and environment to excel. You will focus on attracting top-tier sales talent, fostering team cohesion, and driving performance. Additionally, you will contribute to a wide range of HR activities in collaboration with our NZ based team
What you'll be doing!
Talent Acquisition :
- Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and recruit exceptional sales professionals.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers, partnering with agencies where appropriate.
