Who You AreThe HR Generalist will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle at bitFlyer USA. You have experience across the HR function including full cycle recruiting, performance management, total rewards, office management, and compliance. This person plays a strategic role with the leadership team in advising, guiding, and supporting HR across all teams. The role requires someone with amazing attention to detail, HR administration experience, great attitude and a strong work ethic. Ideally, you have a good understanding of various HR procedures and best practices. You will work closely with all members of the bitFlyer family, including senior managers in the US / Japan / EU.The environment is fast-paced and requires that you can think quickly on your feet. You are a natural problem solver and can maintain a friendly and professional tone in any situation. You have a strong attention to detail and can juggle many tasks at once.
