Role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will use your technical knowledge to oversee development tasks and to contribute to strategic technology plans and the project portfolio. As an R&D (Research and Development) Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute significantly to technology and product development projects by identifying and implementing innovative solutions. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in {insert region}. Main stakeholders are {insert main stakeholder groups if available}. You will be mainly accountable for: Designing, manufacturing, and test components that fulfill requirements f Pro. Work directly with Senior Engineers to develop and test new mechanical approaches company's Products Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing Product solutions to resolve them. Conducting mechanical experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs. Updating documentation and drawings/designs using CAD technology. Knowledge of 3D CAD modelling tools (SolidWorks required) and integrated CFD/Thermal Analysis/FEA tools a plus. Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree /master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Self-motivated, comfortable working in a team environment or on your own.
• Demonstrable detail orientation, problem analysis and systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Must want to work with technology and is a hands-on person.
• Must be in good academic standing with the university.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US.
