SAP Fieldglass implementation Lead

Job Title : SAP Fieldglass implementation Lead (Back fill position, Priority High)

Location : Collegeville, PA(Onsite)

• The Fieldglass Project Implementation Lead will be responsible for leading a global implementation of Fieldglass from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes, and fostering a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams. This role will work closely with client stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project resources to deliver high-quality results. The resource must have deep experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Fieldglass projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards - 3 previous deployments at minimum.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of project coordinators and analysts; excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Life Sciences knowledge is a plus.
