Fieldglass Project Implementation Lead
Location:: Collegeville, PA on a hybrid schedule.
Job Description::
Candidate must have experience in SAP Spend Management applications and at least 3 implementations of SAP FieldglassSAP Fieldglass - Contingent LaborSAP Fieldglass - Services Procurement SAP Fieldglass integration with SAP Ariba and S/4. Candidate required to lead the implementation, plan and execute client workshops
- Fieldglass Project Implementation Lead will be responsible for leading a global implementation of Fieldglass from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes, and fostering a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams.
- This role will work closely with client stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project resources to deliver high-quality results.
- The resource must have deep experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Fieldglass projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards - 3 previous deployments at minimum.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of project coordinators and analysts; excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Life Sciences knowledge is a plus
