SAP Fieldglass Implementation Lead

Key Technical Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with SAP Fieldglass implementation, including at least 3 large-scale deployments.
• Strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass platform features, configuration, and best practices.
• Experience in managing global implementations of Fieldglass solutions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong technical skills in data integration between SAP Fieldglass and other systems (ERP, HRIS, etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP Fieldglass is a plus.
• Knowledge of system testing and quality assurance practices for Fieldglass implementations.
• Ability to manage technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Experience in data migration and ensuring smooth transition of data into SAP Fieldglass.
• Understanding of API integrations and how they relate to Fieldglass functionality.
