Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Off-Site Event Bartenders and Servers to join our team. As an Off-Site Event Server, you will represent our brand at private events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings at various venues. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport and set up event equipment, including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware at off-site locations.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and service needs.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space during the event.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Break down and pack equipment after events, ensuring items are returned in good condition.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand positively.
Requirements:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
