Description
Back 9 Golf & Entertainment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Server to join our team on a part-time or full time basis. As an Event Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience at our golf facility.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Be able to read and process a BEO
- Setup and teardown event areas
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements:**
- 3 years previous server experience required
- 1 year event serving required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and Mondays.
