As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll engage with warm leads generated from website purchases and marketing campaigns. This is a high-volume, consultative sales role where your ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and close deals will directly impact your earning potential. You'll be selling to preexisting customers so leads are warm, plentiful, and waiting for a motivated sales professional like you to turn opportunities into results!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct outbound sales calls, helping customers maximize their purchase with additional packages and upgrades.
- Qualify, prioritize, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Provide a consultative sales approach, addressing customer needs and overcoming objections.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Stay informed on services and promotions to effectively address customer questions.
- Schedule: 12-9PM on 4 weekdays of your choosing, 9AM-6PM on Saturdays

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Phone Sales experience required, preferably in inside or outbound sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
- Quick to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong communication skills to confidently handle calls and close sales.
- Able to stay calm, positive, and professional through every step of the sales process.
- A desire to achieve financial success and grow within the company.
