Discount Lots is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in lead nurturing , lead development , and sales funnel management ensuring potential and existing clients receive the right support guidance. Day to day, the Lead Manager will proactively contact potential and existing customers via various contact methods including phone, email, or virtual meetings to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions. You will manage leads, build relationships, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while following up to close deals. Daily tasks include conducting qualification and process calls, resolving customer questions to ensure satisfaction, and using CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports. Ultimately, your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
