Job Summary :
We are seeking pleasant, joyful people committed to high standards of customer service with attention to detail. The Service Team Members define the member experience and are knowledgeable of the club and our offerings. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, the ability to multi-task, and familiarity with high-touch customer service. This position requires flexibility on nights, weekends, and holidays.
FOH Staff Functions :
Attends and Participates in all training sessions and team meetingsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner.Prepares for an upcoming event to include gathering supplies and proper set-up for a la carte dining, or per the Banquet Event OrderGreet guests and members with a warm smile to make them feel welcomeTakes drink orders from members, guests or serversAssists in general cleanliness of the bar, and bar storage areasPrepares for the shift by cutting fruit, making syrups, and gathering all bar supplies needed for the shiftReplenish drinks and wine along with providing coffee services in a timely mannerResponsiblily serves alcohol to guests, ensuring they are of ageGeneral clean-up and breakdown at the conclusion of a la carte serviceReset the bar areas, dining areas for the next day or eventCater to the guests requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an overall superior level of customer serviceFollow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conductNotifies and reports any problems or concerns to managementRAMP Certification preferred, but not requiredReports to the Food and Beverage Manager (s)Essential Requirements :
Must be at least 16 years old - 18 years old for Serving or BartendingHigh School Diploma or EquivalentPossess basic knowledge of excellent service standards as well as etiquette.Possess good communication and guest relation skillsAvailable to work weekends, evening shifts, and major holidaysMandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies, and rulesRegular and predictable attendance.Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance at all timesRequires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistanceMust be able to multi-task several different actions at once.Must be able to follow directions, read, and writeExperience with a full-service country club operation preferredJob Types : Seasonal, Part-time
Pay : $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
