Who We Are
Aronimink Golf Club is a private Platinum Golf Club, located just outside of Philadelphia in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The Club has a rich history dating back to 1896. One of the premier golf clubs in America, we are currently ranked as a Top 10 Platinum Golf Club in America. Aronimink Golf Club is set to hold the prestigious 2026 PGA Championship and undergoing extensive and exciting renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontline Support - Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent service to members, vendors, and staff.
- Organized & Tidy - Maintain a clean and professional work environment within the Grounds Department office. Duties include keeping the break room clean, restocking office essentials, and light sweeping and mopping.
- Invoice Processing - Assist with tracking and processing invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Administrative Tasks - Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative - our Grounds team works outside. This position must be able to take direction and work independently.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, handling phone calls, data entry, and office organization.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, bilingual preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
Shift Details:
- 20-25 Hours Per Week (Monday-Friday)
