Description
AMHC is seeking a skilled Outpatient Office Manager to oversee our site's operational delivery of services and resources. In this role, you will supervise site-based staff, collaborate with other supervisors, and ensure office practices align with AMHC's mission and values. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the team and facilitating the delivery of high-quality mental health and community support services. Key Responsibilities :
- Office Management : Ensure operational effectiveness of services, protocols, policies, and workflows. Work with supervisors and Program Directors to meet staffing and contractual obligations.
- Resource Management : Oversee office space, maintenance, schedules, and service access. Coordinate with IT for office moves and relocations.
- Team Support : Conduct staff meetings, attend leadership meetings, and facilitate new hire orientation. Monitor and support staff development.
- Community Engagement : Promote AMHC services and build strong relationships with referral sources. Address concerns and continually improve service delivery.
