Caregiver/DSP 70-320 HOURS PTO ACCRUAL YEARLY (VACATION)
Around the Clock Support Services is a 24-hour residential agency located in Marion County that provides continuous care and services to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a home environment designed to enhance an individual's quality of life.
Currently seeking Direct Support Professionals for swing shift, age 25 or over to be an approved driver. Day and Swing Shifts hired should be approved drivers. A primary purpose of this position is to assist people who need support to lead self-directed lives and to participate fully in our communities. You are role models, mentors, and ambassadors to the team members you work with and people you support.

Wages starting at $21.00 depending on experience.

Skills &Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years of age (for active driver positions, such as day/swing)
- High school degree or equivalent
- Hold a current, valid Driver's License and have a good driving record, meeting company insurance requirements to be a Driver
- Must be able to frequently drive a personal and/or company vehicle (proof of auto insurance)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
- Criminal background checks are required as an initial condition of employment and periodically to maintain employment meeting the Oregon Administrative Rule and company policy requirement
- Able to be certified in Oregon Intervention System
- Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Show basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) Therap a plus!
Able to regularly lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
The ideal candidate would have experience as a DSP, Direct Care, Group Home, or Mental Health.
- Additional experience as a Caregiver or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is also a plus.
