We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in various settings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Install glass fixtures and perform repairs as needed.
- Execute concrete forming tasks for various construction projects.
- Assist in stucco application and repair work.
- Conduct welding tasks as required for specific projects.
- Provide construction estimating services to determine project costs and timelines.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe during and after project completion.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance person services or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Knowledge of glass installation techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and plumbing is highly desirable.
- Experience in concrete forming and stucco applications is advantageous.
- Basic welding skills are beneficial for certain projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between job sites as needed.
