Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of remodeling and construction, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to restore, renovate, and enhance spaces according to client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design and materials.
• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, and trim work.
• Install flooring, tile, glass, and masonry elements as needed.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques to assess project costs and timelines.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the duration of projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors to coordinate efforts.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Remodeler or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in carpentry, flooring installation, glass installation, cabinet installation, masonry, tile laying, and restoration techniques.
• Familiarity with construction estimating software such as Bluebeam is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Year round work

Ability to Commute:

• Sheridan, WY 82801 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Sheridan, WY 82801: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
