- Respond to guest inquiries via phone systems and in-person, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with guests over the phone.
- Provide multilingual support when necessary to accommodate diverse guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
