Arrae is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented R&D Lead & Manufacturing Coordinator to support our product development initiatives and ensure efficient manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
- Research & Development
- Develop and refine supplement formulations for various delivery formats (i.e., capsules, gummies etc.)
- Create and test product prototypes to assess performance and feasibility.
- Identify technical problems or product failures, develop hypotheses, and design experiments to test and resolve issues effectively.
- Ingredient Assessment & Procurement Support
- Assess raw materials for appropriate usage within formulations and communicate with ingredient suppliers to support the procurement process.
- Consumer Testing & Feedback Analysis
- Design and conduct consumer testing initiatives and analyze feedback.
- Collaborate with the formulation team to implement formulation adjustments to enhance product efficacy and customer satisfaction.
- Manufacturing Coordination
- Collaborate closely with contract manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical manufacturing challenges.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of prototypes and finished products by maintaining clear communication with manufacturing partners.
- Oversee third-party testing for potency, stability, and safety to ensure all products meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
- Ingredient Technology Monitoring
- Stay updated on ingredient advancements, new delivery formats and industry trends to drive continuous product innovation and maintain best in class products.
