About the Role
This Manufacturing Lead position is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity in our aerospace manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Effectively lead a team of employees and manage performance to set expectations.
- Update Daily Management board and communicate status of Dispatch list, RYG report, weekly shipment plan, Flex performance, and projections during daily walk-throughs with management.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
