Our Client, a prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to contribute to their thriving Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial office leasing transactions. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including title and survey reviews, and advise clients on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal support for client matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in real estate law, specifically in acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial leasing.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
