Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday; Some weekends will be required!

Job Description:
- Responsible for operations and personnel in a mixed warehouse/office environment
- Develop trusted rapport with clients and team
- Manage the performance of individuals
- Communicate and apply appropriate processes to achieve company goals
- Conduct post-close administrative processes
- Maintain client and customer relationships
- Ensure proactive and effective communication up and down the chain
- Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, defusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire people to apply themselves fully and to work as a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
