What You’ll Do:
- Be a Connector: Build strong, trust-based relationships with employees and clients to drive results quickly.
- Coach for Success: Provide motivating performance feedback that inspires others to meet their goals.
- Own Accountability: Keep teams on track by reviewing timecards and addressing discrepancies with clarity and positivity.
- Bring the Energy: Foster a fun, competitive workplace culture where everyone wants to bring their A-game.
- Stay Organized: Manage data and notes in a CRM or similar tool while reviewing spreadsheets and analyzing performance metrics.
- Be an Advocate: Support employees and clients by ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Communicate with Confidence: Collaborate professionally across all levels, delivering clear and actionable insights.
- Strong computer skills to handle spreadsheets, databases, and other tools.
- Stellar communication skills to convey ideas effectively and persuasively.
- Leadership experience in retail or food & beverage environments, such as shift leads or supervisors.
