What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Foreman position at Arreis Construction Group Llc?
Full time Concrete Crew Foreman. Specialized civil construction.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior verifiable experience in concrete forming / finishing and project leadership.
- Must read prints, layout foundation plan, accurately measure and set formwork, rebar and anchor bolts.
- Experience with drilled piers, flat work, walls, floors, control / construction joints and professional finishing.
- Able to run 5-10 man crew, manage project execution, enforce procedural and safety standards, lead daily safety meetings and crew briefs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills required.
- Able to work up to 12 hour days if needed
- Willing to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods
- Normal use of senses
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Agree to complete any required training if necessary
