Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to analyze customer situations effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products or services is beneficial
