WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
As our Dispatcher - Service Scheduler, you will work a schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As a Dispatcher - Service Scheduler, you are the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service with efficiency and care. You start your day by answering incoming calls with a friendly demeanor helping customers schedule service or preventative maintenance appointments. You work closely with technicians, ensuring they have the necessary parts and resources for each job. Your keen attention to detail helps you identify opportunities in past service tickets, schedule sales appointments, and notify comfort consultants of potential upgrades. As you update customer records, send information to prospective clients, and support the sales team with mailers and reports, you take pride in knowing you're making a significant impact.

- Previous experience in dispatching, sales, and different databases is a plus!
