Wildlife and Homes Services Outside Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team of pest control professionals as an Outside Sales Representative. As an Outside Sales professional, you will play a key role in growing our business by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct site visits and consultations with customers to understand their pest control needs
• Provide accurate quotes and estimates for home service projects, including wildlife exclusion, insulation, and other services
• Collaborate with technicians to identify new sales leads and grow the business

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and remodeling construction and building techniques preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer relationship-building
