Vice President of Human Resources
Arrow Exterminators is looking for a VP of Human Resources to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of HR including disciplinary action, investigations, team member grievances, training and other duties as required.

Position Summary
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) for Arrow Exterminators, is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. The VP of HR will oversee daily HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and compliance. This team member will work closely with our other HR Team(s)-benefits and payroll. The VP of HR will act as a key advisor to the CHRO providing leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Strategic Leadership :
- Partner with CHRO and leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, systems, and programs to support business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CHRO on organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with other support teams and leadership (Arrow University, IT, Finance as example)
